At our studio in Bernardsville New Jersey, we offer Pilates instruction in an encouraging, challenging and fun atmosphere. Our training is through Power Pilates in New York City in the classical style. It is based on the principle that before working the peripheral parts of the body, the core needs to by strong and stable.
You can expect a total change in your body from your Pilates workouts with our classically trained and fully certified instructors. Posture will improve, stomach and buttocks will become more toned, and legs and arms will be leaner. Energy levels, coordination and balance will greatly improve as well!
We integrate all of the Pilates apparatus in our client-tailored work-outs: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, barrels, Ped-o-pul and of course mat.
