Beginner Mat: Designed for students who are new to Pilates. The class emphasizes the essential principals and fundamentals of Pilates as drawn from Joseph Pilates original method.
Open Mat: This class challenges students with a further increase in tempo and flow, and adds a few movements from the intermediate protocol. Correct form and fuller ranges of motion are emphasized.
Intermediate/Advanced: Designed for experienced students proficient in the order and flow of the Pilates mat work. Students will experience a quick tempo and strong emphasis on form and transition.
Tower: This class incorporates intermediate mat moves and adds the springs of the tower to heighten coordination and control of the Pilates movements.
